Sprouts Consultancy provides tailored, center-specific training with flexible delivery options: Cassandra can either come to your location or conduct the training online, depending on what best meets your needs. Here’s a brief overview of what we offer:
**Circle of Security (COS-P) Training**: This comprehensive program is delivered over an 8-week period.
**Other Training Options**: Typically, these sessions span one to two nights.

- Cassandra Button is a trained and certified Circle of Security Parenting, and Circle of Security- Classroom facilitator.Using the COSP™ model developed by the Circle of Security originators, Cassandra works with parents, care-givers and Educators to help them to:
- Understand their child’s emotional world by learning to read emotional needs
- Support their child’s ability to successfully manage emotions
- Enhance the development of their child’s self esteem
- Honor the innate wisdom and desire for their child to be secure.
- 8-Week program, running once a week for 90minutes.
- Cassandra can come to you or you can come to her training office in Narellan

Innovative Solutions Support (ISS) provides flexible funding to empower services to build capacity and capability in including all.
In line with this funding, Sprouts provides team Mentoring and coaching. Educators are shown and informed of alternative approaches and affective strategies that directly relate to the children at the centre.
